Driving Lessons: Booking Information and Policies

Regular Lessons: To secure your driving lessons, bookings must be made within the timeframe provided during registration. Any lessons scheduled outside this period may be subject to cancellation.
If you require additional lesson slots beyond what you were registered for, please contact our Lesson Booking Team via email

Assigned Slots: When you register, you will be assigned specific lesson times. For example, if your slots are Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30 AM, please only book these times.

  • Important: We may offer your weekly registered slots to other students if you frequently miss, cancel, or reschedule them.

Gap Lessons: When an extra lesson slot becomes available, you’ll receive a notification on your Total Drive App. Use the Gap Tab on the home screen to view and book these lessons. Follow the instructions provided in the notification to proceed.

Out-of-Hours Lessons: Lessons booked outside your instructor’s regular hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) will cost more. Contact our Lesson Availability and Booking Team via email at info@enroutedriving.co.uk for more information.

Driving Test Bookings: If you’d like to use your instructor’s car for your driving test:

  • Give at least 1 month’s notice.
  • Pupils must reach Level 5 to be test-ready.

Intensive Course: An intensive course is perfect if you want to pass your driving test within 2 weeks. You can book an intensive course up to 6 months in advance. Contact us for more details.

Block Booking Discount

When available, you can qualify for a block booking discount:

  • You must be registered for multiple lessons per week (minimum of 2).
  • Purchase the required credits in advance using our bundle options:
    • 4-Hour Bundle: Covers 2 x 2-hour lessons
    • 8-Hour Bundle: Covers 4 x 2-hour lessons
  • Speak with your instructor before booking to confirm eligibility for the discount.

Payment Options

Paying by Bank Transfer: If you are paying by bank transfer, the payment must be made at least 2 days before booking your lessons. Once your payment has been verified, we will issue the credits to your account, allowing you to book your lessons. To simplify the process and reduce frequent transactions, we offer bundle payment options:

  • 4-Hour Bundle: Covers 2 x 2-hour lessons
  • 8-Hour Bundle: Covers 4 x 2-hour lessons

Note: Payments made via bank transfer are free of charge—no additional fees apply.

Paying by Card: You can either pay as you go or purchase our bundles by:

  1. Going to the home screen in the app.
  2. Selecting the “Pay for Lesson” option.
  3. Choosing the bundle you need.

Important
There is a service fee for card payments, which is non-refundable. It is the app provider that charges this fee, not our company. We will only refund the cost of your lesson. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Cash Payment Policy: If you’d like to pay for your driving lessons in cash, you’ll need to notify our booking team first. We approve this option only once for your first lesson. At that lesson, you’ll pay for the session and buy credits for future lessons. To keep booking lessons, make sure you always have enough credits.
